PPP remained successful in Sindh despite hurdles: Nafisa Shah

LARKANA:PPP-Parliamentarian’s Information Secretary Nafisa Shah said Saturday that hurdles were created in election campaign of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

She said in 2013, way was paved for Nawaz Sharif and in 2018 elections, path was cleared for Imran Khan but despite all these issues, PPP had remained successful in Sindh. She was talking to media after showering rose petals and offering prayers at the graves of Bhutto leaders in Garhi Khuda Bux near here Saturday. She said despite reservations, we would go to the parliament and Chairman Bilawal and Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari had also requested other parties to raise their voice.

To a question, who will be the opposition leader in the parliament from among Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Asif Ali Zardari, she replied that it would be decided by the party. She was asked as to who will be the next Sindh Chief Minister, she replied that party’s decision will be acceptable. She said GDA contested election on the connote of others who were talking about dividing Sindh, adding but people of Sindh had defeated them. Dr. Nafisa Shah has recently been elected as member of National Assembly of Pakistan from NA-208 Khairpur.
