Sukkur:Special Assistant to CM Sindh on Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Syed Qasim Naveed Qamar has asked Anti- Corruption to probe into substandard construction of Government Special Education and Rehabilitation Centre for HIC Sukkur here on Saturday during his visit to the said building.
On this occasion Regional Director Special Education Muhammad Joyo, Mayor Sukkur Arsalan Shaikh, Ashok Kumar Chawla, SSP Anti-Corruption Sukkur and other officers were also present.
It may be noted here that RD Sukkur and other staff members of Sukkur Special Education Department made a written complaint against substandard construction/material used in the said building.
On this, Syed Qasim Naveed Qamar paid a visit to Government Special Education and Rehabilitation Centre for HIC Sukkur. He inspected various parts of the building and asked the SSP Anti- Corruption to look into the matter and submit a detailed report in this regard. He assured that no one would be spared if found guilty.
He said that he would not tolerate any corruption in the department and those who were held responsible for the mess would be taken to task. He also asked to the people to identify the corruption in the Sindh government department and he would definitely take action against involved officers.
