Karachi:Quami Khushali survey has been started in Safoora-Kiran Hospital Road and adjourning areas, said social mobiliser Abid Ali Soomro.
He said that Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) teams are conducting door to door survey to collect basic data for making a comprehensive national initiative to alleviate poverty. It is the initiative of the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER). This survey will help in assessing the basic facilities of people at grassroots level.
He said we are conducting survey under the supervision of Agha Mabood Ali. He said we are meeting with area elders, elected representatives. He said people are lending cooperation in conduct of this survey. He said the area police are also fully cooperating in the initiative. He said the survey results would be used for chalking out a national policy.
