LARKANA: Two hardened criminals of notorious Chotu gang were killed and two cops Ali Hassan Odho and Hout Jaffery were injured in an alleged encounter with police which took place in the limits of B-Section police station of Thul in Jacobabad district on Tuesday. Both policemen were rushed to the Emergency Department of the Chandka Medical College Hospital for treatment and further management.
Head constable of the police station Muhammad Ismail Dhol told media persons that an encounter with Chotu Banglani gang of hardened criminals took place at Nazar Wah located in Chotu village of Thul. He said that during firing two notified hardened criminals Abdul Haleem Pirano Banglani and Chotu Banglani were gunned down in the encounter. Haleem was carrying Rs5 lac head money and was wanted by police in 25 cases. He said our two Jawans were also injured who have been rushed to Chandka Hospital for treatment as there are no emergency treatment facilities in Jacobabad since long.
