JAUHARABAD:A woman on Wednesday murdered her five family members in Khushab area of the Jauharabad.
According to police sources, a woman, Gulnaz Bibi surrendered herself at the local police station after allegedly killing her husband, two sons and two daughters in Jauharabad city of Punjab’s Khushab district.
Police said that the murder weapon was also recovered from the possession of the woman.
The suspect’s motive behind killing yet to be ascertained, however, investigation into the incident is under way, police said.
The bodies were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital Khushab for medico-legal formalities.
