Punjab cops raid homes of Rana, Ata

LAHORE: Punjab police on Saturday raided the homes of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Mashhood and party leader and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Atta Tarar. The raids were conducted over investigation being conducted into the violence unleashed by the federal government on May 25 during PTI’s long march. The police conducted raid at the house of PML-N leader Atta Tarar in G3 area of Johor Town but no arrest could be made. According to the police, Atta Tarar was sent a notice to appear before investigation team but he did not appear. PMA concerned over 17 children’s death due to gastro

KARACHI: Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) said on Saturday that it was deeply grieved over the deaths of 17 children in Dadu due to gastroenteritis. These ill-fated children were from rain-hit areas of Kachho and Manchhar Lake where gastroenteritis breakout. Balochistan CM himself monitoring rescue operation: PDMA

QUETTA: Naseer Nasar, Director General, Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), has said that Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo was himself monitoring the ongoing rescue and relief operations being conducted in district Killa Abdullah area of the Balochistan province. KARACHI: Provincial Minister for Information Sharjeel Inam Memon said on Saturday that Imran Khan had buried his narrative of foreign conspiracy by signing a contract with an American lobbying firm. Minister says Imran no more ‘truthful and honest’

ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Petroleum and PML-N leader Musadik Malik said on Saturday that former prime minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan did not want to be asked about the foreign funding of his party.
