More rains forecast for many areas of Pakistan

Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forcast on Monday that monsoon currents are continuously penetrating from Arabian Sea to eastern and southern parts of the country and a westerly wave is likely to approach today evening.

Tuesday weather: More rain-windstorm/thundershower is expected in south/upper Punjab, southeastern/lower Sindh, eastern/south Balochistan, upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Heavy falls are likely at isolated places in Northeast Punjab, Pothohar region and Kashmir.

Wednesday weather: More rain-windstorm/thundershower is expected in upper Punjab, eastern/south Balochistan, upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Heavy falls are likely at isolated places in Northeast Punjab, Pothohar region and Kashmir.
