Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori has encouraged Indonesian investors to fully utilize the vast potential of Sindh, assuring them of comprehensive support, cooperation, and assistance.
In a statement today, he expressed these views during a meeting with Indonesia’s Acting Consul General, Teguh Wiweko, at Governor House. On this occasion, the Acting Consul General extended an invitation to Governor Sindh to attend the ceremony commemorating Indonesia’s 79th Independence Day.
The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations, increasing investment and trade, and other significant matters. Governor Tessori emphasized that Sindh’s attractive sectors, combined with its highly educated, hardworking, and experienced youth, make the province ideal for investment. He stated that the time has come to fully benefit from bilateral ties, expressing a strong desire to boost trade with Indonesia. He further noted that enhancing investment and trade could play a pivotal role in strengthening the bilateral relationship.
The Acting Consul General highlighted the exemplary relations between Indonesia and Pakistan, affirming Indonesia’s desire for Pakistan’s prosperity and economic stability.
He also lauded the ongoing initiatives at Governor House, including IT courses, the ration drive, and the ‘Bell of Hope’ initiative, calling them inspiring efforts.
