Overseas Pakistanis Are Invaluable Asset, Tessori tells in London

Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori has highlighted the global recognition of Pakistan’s armed forces as the nation’s greatest strength.

While addressing a press conference in London, Mr Tessori noted General Syed Asim Munir’s reception of immense respect in the United Kingdom, underscoring the military’s professional excellence.

According to the Sindh Governor House information today, Tessori emphasized the pivotal role played by Pakistan’s armed forces in national defense. He said that their expertise, acknowledged by countries such as the UK, the US, and Gulf nations, serves as a deterrent against adversaries like India. Tessori pointed out the consistent global acknowledgment of Pakistan’s military capabilities as a key factor in regional stability.

Reflecting on his interactions with overseas Pakistanis, the governor shared insights into their loyalty and passion for Pakistan’s progress. He mentioned meeting over 17,000 expatriates, observing their unwavering support for the nation and its military. Their commitment to national development, he noted, often surpasses that of residents within the country.

The Sindh governor concluded by recognizing overseas Pakistanis as invaluable asset, stressing the importance of respecting their sentiments and creating opportunities for them to stay engaged with their homeland.
