Karachi police have taken several suspects into custody after extensive combing and search operations in the limits of Baghdadi and Kalakot on Tuesday.
The routine security action included targeted action and thorough searches at hotspot points, private homes, and various residential hotels in designated areas.
Law enforcement personnel used the Talash app device to check the details of more than 100 suspicious individuals during the operation.
Station House Officers (SHOs) of the respective police stations were present along with their staff to supervise the enforcement actions.
The individuals apprehended during the raids were transferred to the police station for further investigation.
A police spokesperson stated that the objective of the ongoing operation is to tighten the noose around criminals, address violations of residency laws, and establish the rule of law.
