Sindh University student killed in truck collision in Talhar

A 25-year-old student was killed on the spot when he was hit by a speeding truck near Seri Stop on Tuesday, moments after giving his final examination paper at Sindh University.

The deceased student was identified as Faizullah Junejo, a resident of Wapda Colony. He was returning to Talhar from the university in Hyderabad at the time of the fatal collision.

He was the son of Muhammad Rahim Junejo, an employee of the Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO), and the brother of local businessman Allah Bux Junejo.

After the incident, the body was shifted to Talhar. A pall of gloom spread over the city as news of the tragic accident circulated.

Final arrangements are being made for the burial, which will take place in his ancestral village, Lanwari Sharif.
