An alleged robber was taken into custody in an injured condition after an armed encounter with law enforcement agencies in Karachi Malir on Tuesday.
The incident occurred after an exchange of fire between the police and suspected criminals, which culminated in the arrest of one individual.
Officials from the Sukhan Police Station have identified the accused as Sikandar son of Sharif.
A pistol and bullets were recovered from the accused’s possession after the encounter.
The injured individual has been moved to a hospital for medical treatment.
Authorities have confirmed that a comprehensive investigation into the matter has been initiated.
