Authorities have launched an investigation following the grim discovery of a two-day-old body of a man inside a residence in the Orangi Town area on Wednesday.
The deceased was identified as Muhammad Afzal, son of Nooruddin, estimated to be between 55 and 60 years of age.
Authorities stated that the body was recovered from house number 483 in Sector 5E, located near Ghousia Mosque.
The body has been transferred to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal procedures.
A formal investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of the man’s death.
