A several-day-old, decomposed body of a person was recovered today from inside a house located near Yadgar Fish on Jamshed Road.
Authorities have identified the deceased as 40-year-old Muhammad Hassan, son of Abdul Ghaffar.
Following the discovery, the body was transferred by the Edhi Ambulance Service to Civil Hospital for necessary medico-legal proceedings.
Jamshed Quarters Police Station has taken notice of the incident and will further investigate the matter.
