A lifeless body of a person was found hanging from a noose today in the Mehmoodabad area, after which police have started investigations into this suspicious death.
The deceased has been identified as Saleem Shahzad, son of Banaras, approximately 50 years old. His body was found near house number 272, Mehmoodabad Corporation.
After the body was found, it was transferred to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for all necessary legal procedures.
Officials of Mehmoodabad Police Station have initiated a thorough investigation into the circumstances of the incident. Further investigations are underway.
