A collaborative operation involving Crimes Branch Quetta and Duki police in the Talao area of Duki, Balochistan province, resulted in the death of one proclaimed offender and injuries to an Anti-Terrorism Force (ATF) personnel on Thursday. Two other individuals sought by law enforcement were also apprehended during the raid.
According to a statement released by a spokesperson for Crimes Branch Quetta, the security forces conducted a targeted raid on the residence of Abdul Hae Luni, a known fugitive, in Talao. Upon the arrival of law enforcement officials, the suspects opened fire, initiating a gunfight.
During the ensuing exchange of fire, one suspect, whose identity remains unconfirmed, was killed. Additionally, Zain-ud-Din Luni, son of Kajoor Khan Luni, and Attique Luni, son of Haji Ghulam Luni, both identified as proclaimed offenders, were taken into custody. A member of the ATF also sustained injuries during the confrontation.
