Four wanted members of a notorious snatcher gang, implicated in numerous illicit activities across the federal capital, have been apprehended by the Islamabad Police’s Tarnol station team, officials confirmed today.
Authorities successfully confiscated ill-gotten cash, valuable mobile phones, and various mobile accessories from the possession of the detained individuals.
Legal proceedings have already commenced against the alleged perpetrators, with further investigations currently underway to ascertain the full extent of their criminal enterprise.
This operation falls under a large-scale crackdown initiated by DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq, targeting individuals involved in robberies, street crimes, and other serious offences within the metropolitan area.
