A three-year-old girl tragically died after accidentally falling into a domestic water tank in Karachi on Monday, officials confirmed. The devastating incident occurred on Monday at a residence near Nad Ali Imambargah in Sindhi Goth.
The deceased child was identified as Bibi Shifa bint Rashid, who passed away immediately after the accident. Emergency services were promptly informed, and an Edhi ambulance transferred the child’s remains to a nearby medical facility for formal procedures.
Officials from Bin Qasim Town Police Station have initiated an investigation into the circumstances of the incident. The tragic death of the young child has highlighted concerns about domestic safety measures, especially regarding unsupervised water storage.
