In Shah Latif Sector 19B, a 22-year-old resident Niaz, son of Arz Muhammad, was accidentally injured due to gunfire. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the incident to determine the facts. Niaz has been admitted to a local hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, a significant confrontation occurred between police and suspected robbers near Bagh Malir railway track. Officers from Al-Falah police station exchanged gunfire with the suspects, resulting in the arrest of two individuals. One suspect, Ijaz, was injured during the confrontation, while the other, Khalil Ahmed, was arrested without harm. Law enforcement recovered weapons, ammunition, and a motorcycle from the scene, and further investigations are ongoing to determine the full scope of the criminal activity.

In a separate incident in Paposh Nagar, Haji Rehman, 25 years old, faced gunfire during a robbery attempt near the pedestrian bridge. The victim was shot after resisting the attackers and has been hospitalized. Paposh Nagar police station is investigating this robbery to apprehend the responsible individuals.
