Sindh Government spokesperson Mustafa Abdullah Baloch on Thursday reviewed public grievances at the Chief Minister’s Public Complaint Cell and directed the relevant authorities to take immediate action to address the issues raised by citizens.
During the session held at the Chief Minister House, residents from various parts of the province contacted the Complaint Cell to report concerns related to civic amenities and other public service matters. The complaints were subsequently referred to the respective government departments for prompt resolution.
Baloch said the Sindh government remained committed to ensuring the timely resolution of public complaints and providing effective relief to citizens. He added that the Chief Minister’s Public Complaint Cell had become an important mechanism for addressing public concerns efficiently.
He urged citizens to continue registering their complaints through the Complaint Cell, assuring them that the government was making every effort to ensure that reported issues were resolved without unnecessary delay.
