After several violent incidents in Karachi today, unrest has spread in the city, while reports of personal disputes and clashes between police and armed suspects have been received.
In the Lassi neighborhood of Lyari, 40-year-old Bilal was injured with a knife during a personal dispute on Street No. 03. Authorities immediately transferred him to ASH for medical treatment. Investigations into the circumstances of the dispute are ongoing, as police are trying to ascertain the complete details of the incident.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident in Malir Sector 16 AS Shah Latif Town, two suspects were arrested following a clash between law enforcement agencies and alleged robbers. After an exchange of fire, police arrested Bilal alias Sheena, son of Ata Khan, and Abdul Jalal, son of Gul Rehman. Both individuals were injured during the confrontation and were transferred to the hospital for medical aid.
Police recovered two firearms, bullets, mobile phones, cash, and a motorcycle from the suspects. Investigations are ongoing to obtain more information about the suspects’ activities and possible links to other criminal acts.
