Pedestrian injured by stray bullet in New Karachi, police encounter near Abdullah College, 2 robbers arrested in injured condition

In the New Karachi area, a passerby was injured by a bullet fired from an unknown direction this morning, while 2 robbers were taken into custody from the main road near KDA Ground, Abdullah College.

Muhammad Farooq, 45 years old, was unintentionally targeted by a stray bullet at his residence number 5218 located in New Karachi Sector 11-F. After this unfortunate incident, he was immediately transferred to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, where he is receiving medical assistance. Officials from the New Karachi Industrial Area Police Station are investigating the circumstances of this incident.

In a separate and dramatic event, law enforcement authorities were engaged in a fierce exchange of fire with armed robbers near KDA Ground, Abdullah College. As a result of this encounter, two injured suspects were arrested, identified as Majeed, son of Haji Imam Bakhsh, and Shafiq Khan, son of Asghar Khan. Police seized two weapons, a quantity of bullets, four stolen mobile phones, cash, and a motorcycle from the arrested individuals. The suspects have been transferred to the hospital for medical assistance, and investigations are ongoing through Shahrah-e-Noor Jahan Police Station.
