Air Chief Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu visited the residence of Shaheed Squadron Leader Usman Yousaf on Monday to offer condolences and pay tribute to the officer who sacrificed his life in the line of duty during a recent enemy attack on a Pakistan Air Force base.
During his visit, Air Chief Sidhu emphasized that the sacrifices of martyrs like Squadron Leader Usman Yousaf will remain a lasting part of the nation’s legacy. He offered Fateha for the departed soul and prayed for strength for the grieving family.
Following this, the Air Chief proceeded to Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi to meet personnel injured during the conflict. He received updates on their medical conditions and praised their courage. Ensuring topnotch care, he instructed the hospital staff to provide the best medical and administrative support.
The Air Chief reaffirmed the Pakistan Air Force’s commitment to safeguarding the nation’s airspace, inspired by the bravery and dedication of its personnel.
