A meeting was held at the regional office of Allama Iqbal Open University in Muzaffarabad today, which was chaired by Regional Director Shazia Siddique. The meeting discussed key strategies for better management and successful conduct of upcoming workshops in the regions of Neelum, Muzaffarabad, and Hattian Bala.

The primary purpose of the meeting was to provide consultation for the cooperation and guidance of workshop centers throughout the region. Coordinators and resource persons from various workshop centers actively participated in the discussion. Designated educators and related staff also attended this meeting.

Director Siddique issued detailed instructions for the organization of workshops, emphasizing the implementation of university policies and guidelines to ensure proper guidance for students. She highlighted the role of the university in promoting distance education and stressed the importance of institutional support in enhancing the effectiveness of educational programs.

During the meeting, there was a special discussion on educational operations, including student guidance, review processes, field visits, and report preparations. The participants were reminded of the importance of maintaining transparency, impartiality, and professional competence in evaluating student performance.

Participants also shared their experiences and suggestions, which the regional director appreciated and assured to consider in future policy-making.
