Armed men snatch mobile phone, cash, and ATM card from school teacher in Shahdadkot, flee

A primary school teacher was deprived of cash and personal belongings at gunpoint by two assailants on a motorcycle outside his house in Shahdadkot on Sunday.

The victim, Najaf Junejo, narrating his ordeal to journalists at the local press club, said that he was standing in front of the gate of his residence in the Allan Shah neighborhood when the armed men confronted him.

The suspects forcibly snatched a mobile phone, Rs 60,000, and an automated teller machine (ATM) card from Mr. Junejo before fleeing the scene.

The incident, which occurred within the jurisdiction of the A-Section police station, has been formally reported by the victim teacher.

In his address to the media, Mr. Junejo appealed to the Shahdadkot police, demanding they ensure the recovery of his stolen belongings and alleviate his distress.
