A suspected dacoit was arrested in an injured state after an exchange of fire with law enforcement personnel near Tahir Villa Chowrangi in Karachi’s Gulberg on Wednesday.
Authorities have identified the arrested individual as Shahbaz son of Fazal Ali.
During the operation, authorities recovered a pistol along with ammunition from the suspect’s possession.
The Gulberg police station has registered a case and initiated further investigation into the incident.
