Karachi, The Board of Directors of Dawood Lawrencepur Limited has announced the rescheduling of their upcoming meeting, originally planned for April 27th, 2023 in Karachi. The purpose of the meeting was to consider the Annual Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2022 and to declare any entitlements. The new meeting has been rescheduled for May 2nd, 2023.
The Company has also declared a "Closed Period" from April 20th 2023 to May 2nd, 2023, during which time no Director, CEO, or Executive shall deal in the shares of the Company in any manner. The Board of Directors will convene on May 2nd to review the financial performance and announce any entitlements.
