Police officials on Monday launched an investigation after finding the bullet-riddled body of a man near the Lyari Expressway.
According to officials, the deceased has been identified as 38-year-old Tariq son of Noor Muhammad.
According to information released by the SHO of Pak Colony police station, the body was found near the Sunheri Mosque in the Old Golimar area.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to the Civil Hospital for post-mortem and other medico-legal proceedings.
Pak Colony police have initiated a formal investigation into the incident to ascertain the motives and facts of the murder.
