Citizen injured in firing by armed men for resisting during robbery at Karachi’s Garden signal

A thirty-year-old man was shot and injured by unknown assailants for resisting during a robbery incident near Garden signal on Saturday.

Authorities identified the victim as approximately 30-year-old Bilal son of Bashir Ahmed. He was targeted by the culprits in a brazen robbery attempt.

The incident occurred in the vicinity of Rakser Bridge, a prominent location in the city’s East district.

Following the shooting incident, the injured citizen was immediately moved to the hospital for medical treatment.

Officials from the Soldier Bazaar police station have taken notice of the incident and confirmed that a formal investigation into the shooting and armed robbery has been initiated, and the search for the suspects is underway.
