Shikarpur:A minor girl died when she fell in a canal at village Siddique Essani within the limit of Sultankot police station on Thursday.
According to rescue sources, girl Sajida, aged four, daughter of Rasool Bux Essani, while playing reached a nearby canal in the village where she slipped and fell into it. The parents shifted her to a Sultankot hospital, where she was declared dead by the doctors.
