QUETTA:Regional Meteorological Center has forecast that cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the province, while very cold and frosty condition in central, northern and north western parts. However, dusty winds may occur in Panjgur, Kech, coastal areas and its surroundings during the next 24 hours.
