Assistant Commissioner Mehrabpur Usman Arif Bhatti has issued a stern warning to the public regarding a major property fraud, where a “builder mafia” is illegally selling plots on land designated for the Hyderabad-Mehrabpur-Sukkur Motorway. The administration has warned that any investment made in it will result in a complete financial loss for the buyers.
In a video that has been viral on social media for several days, Assistant Commissioner Mehrabpur, Usman Arif Bhatti, confirmed that several schemes are located directly on the route designated for the motorway and their owners have continued plotting despite official notices.
The administration has clearly stated that no compensation will be provided for the demolition of any house, shop, or commercial center built on this land. Potential property buyers are strongly advised to avoid falling prey to this scheme to prevent financial ruin.
