A robber was killed during a police encounter near the Eidgah Ground in Sector 5-D of New Karachi on Thursday morning.
Later, the authorities identified the deceased as 25-year-old Jahanzeb alias Mama son of Yamin.
After the incident, the body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital via an Edhi ambulance.
The case falls within the jurisdiction of Bilal Colony Police Station of New Karachi Division.
