The decomposed body of an unidentified person was recovered from the sea near Manora Gate on Wednesday, which was reportedly in the water for several days.
Upon receiving the information, an Edhi ambulance reached the scene and transferred the body to Maripur police station for further proceedings.
Authorities have so far been unable to identify the deceased, whose age is said to be around 35 years.
