Director General Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Riffat Mukhtar Raja, has directed the authorities to bring further significant improvement in immigration services for passengers at Islamabad Airport.
This high-level directive was issued by the head of the agency on Monday.
The Director General clearly instructed the staff to ensure the provision of the highest standard of services, and stressed the need for an efficient and smooth experience for all passengers.
