In Naundero the employees took out rally and held protest in front of local press club for acceptance of their demands.

Mushtaque Ahmed Korejo, Ahad Jamal Dawoodpoto of Naundero, Rasul Bux Shahani, Munwar Sandano, Sham Lal, Dodo Khan, Nadim Shaikh, Arif Bhand, Amir Tagar and others while talking to media persons said that local government department employees are being treated step-motherly by Sindh government rulers as their monthly salaries and pensions are still being paid to them through centuries old manual system which has given birth to massive corruption.

They said every month the bosses release funds very late on the pretext of low funds availability but other department employees are paid regularly on 1st of every month which is against the law of Equity. They said posts of administrators, municipal commissioners and town officers are still lying vacant across Sindh due to which not only they but citizens are also facing the worst hardships of cleanliness and other issues.

They demanded payment of their monthly salaries and pensions through the online system so that all government employees are equally treated, filling vacant posts through senior officers of SCUG or else, they warned, they will stage a massive sit-in on 17th November in front of Sindh Chief Minister House which will continue till their demands are accepted.
