The National Weather Department reported on Tuesday that dry weather will generally continue in most parts of the country. Particularly in the upper areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir, light rain is expected with partly cloudy conditions.
This morning, the temperatures were recorded as follows: Islamabad and Muzaffarabad 14 degrees Celsius, Lahore 20 degrees, Karachi 23 degrees, Peshawar 17 degrees, Quetta 10 degrees, Gilgit 7 degrees, and Murree 11 degrees.
In Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir, dry conditions are expected to persist in Jammu, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramulla. However, a mix of clouds and dry conditions is expected in Srinagar, while Leh will remain cold and dry.
The morning temperatures in these areas were as follows: Srinagar and Shopian 10 degrees Celsius, Jammu 18 degrees, Leh a minimum of 0 degrees, Pulwama and Anantnag 9 degrees, and Baramulla 8 degrees.
