DWP Group said today that it has entered into a formal agreement with the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) to provide fully-funded undergraduate scholarships, aiming to remove financial barriers for meritorious students in Pakistan.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) establishes a scholarship program sponsored by DWP Group. This arrangement will cover the complete tuition and related costs for selected students for their entire undergraduate degree programs, spanning from September 2025 to August 2029.
The agreement was officially signed by Sabah-ud-Din, representing DWP Group, and Arooba Gillani, the Director of Advancement at NUST, during a ceremony conducted at the university campus.
Speaking on the occasion, Sabah-ud-Din stated, ‘At DWP Group, we believe that education is the foundation of progress and empowerment. By supporting talented students who face financial barriers, we aim to create opportunities that help shape Pakistan’s next generation of innovators and leaders.’
Muhammad Farooq Naseem, Chairman and CEO of DWP Group, described the collaboration as part of the company’s mission to invest in human potential. ‘We are proud to support bright students who have the passion and capability to excel but lack financial means.
