Efforts intensified to arrest top ten most wanted accused involved in human smuggling and organized crime

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has intensified its efforts to apprehend the country’s ten most wanted criminals, and has issued a high-level directive to its international offices to ensure their immediate arrest for their involvement in human smuggling and other serious organized crimes.

The directive was issued today during an important meeting held at FIA Headquarters, presided over by Director General Dr. Usman Anwar.

Dr. Usman Anwar specifically directed the agency’s International Link Offices to implement concrete measures to apprehend the high-profile fugitives.

Strong emphasis was placed on enhancing cooperation with global organizations through the use of effective coordination and modern data-sharing protocols to facilitate the pursuit.
