The decisive knockout stage of the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) Talent Hunt Programme for Schools 2025-26 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is set to begin on Tuesday, 4 November, pitting eight top-performing school teams against each other.
According to PCB information today, these eight institutions earned their spots in the final round after emerging as champions in their respective districts during preliminary tournaments conducted across the region earlier this year.
The contenders vying for the championship include GCMHS #3 (Mansehra), GHSS Gujar Garhi (Mardan), Ihsan Model School and College (Bannu), RISE School and College (Haripur), Star English Medium School (Swabi), The Swat Forebal School (Swat), Unique Vision School (Peshawar), and University Model School (Kohat).
A total of seven tournament matches will be contested from 4 to 9 November, with the action spread across venues in Swabi, Kohat, Swat, and Haripur.
Following the initial matches, four teams will advance to the semi-finals, slated for 5 and 6 November. The tournament will culminate with the championship final on 9 November, with the location for the concluding match to be announced in due course.
