The informative session, a joint initiative by the Character Building Society and the FIA Media Wing Lahore, today brought together senior law enforcement figures to address a university audience on the critical issue.
Leading the discussion were Capt (R) Muhammad Ali Zia, Director of FIA Lahore; SSP Rana Masoom, the agency”s Additional Director; and Deputy Director Bilal Tariq.
The speakers provided valuable insights into strategies for combating human trafficking, the critical importance of protecting susceptible populations, and the promotion of safe, legal migration channels.
The dialogue was aimed at enhancing student understanding of the difficult realities migrants often encounter and underscored the collective responsibility in supporting preventive measures and amplifying awareness against these criminal enterprises.
