KARACHI: The prices of gold once again increased in the local market of Pakistan, according to a report Saturday.
According to the All Sindh Jewellers Association, the price of one tola of 24-Karat gold increased by Rs1000 to reach Rs146500. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-Karat gold increased by Rs857 to reach Rs125600.
The price 10-gram of 22-karat of gold, that is being used in manufacturing jewellery, is Ra115133.
In the international market, the price of the precious yellow metal saw a decrease of $3 per ounce as it was being traded for $1661.
The price of silver remained stable as one tola of 24-Karat silver is available for Rs1560 while 10-gram of 24-Karat silver is available for Rs1337.40.
