KARACHI: Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori discussed country’s overall political situation over the phone with President Dr. Arif Alvi, PDM Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Pakistan Muslim League (Q) Chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Senator Siraj ul Haq.
Challenges faced by Pakistan in the economic field and other issues of mutual interest were also celebrated upon during the telephonic conversation. Governor Sindh said that he desires their guidance in fulfilling his duties. The country needs unity and consensus to achieve development and prosperity, he added. Kamran Khan Tessori further said that he is contacting all the stakeholders and requesting guidance for the welfare and well-being of the province.
President Dr. Arif Alvi and all the political leaders while expressing best wishes for Governor Sindh, lauded his initiative of reaching out to each and every one and said that consultation helps in understanding and resolving problems.
