ISLAMABAD:Federal Minister for National Health Services Abdul Qadir Patel has said the government is utilizing all resources to restore the health care infrastructure devastated by the recent floods.
Talking to German Parliamentary State Secretary for the Economic Affairs Cooperation Barbel Kofler in Berlin, he said due to the unprecedented natural disaster in Sindh and Balochistan, the primary and basic health units were completely destroyed.
The Minister said Pakistan needs immediate assistance from the international community to restore its health system in the flood affected areas. The German Parliamentary State Secretary for the Economic Affairs Cooperation assured that Germany would continue its full support for the flood victims in Pakistan.
