Karachi: Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) has registered 5,032 coronavirus positive cases from 1st March to 31st August out of which 1,432 patients got admission in COVID-19 Wards while 200 died during this period.
The hospital management has recorded a total of 5,032 COVID-19 positive cases in six months out of which 82 were registered in March, 545 in April, 1416 in May, 1778 in June, 963 in July and 248 in August. Similarly, out of total 200 deaths, two died in April, 46 in May, 84 in June, 47 in July and 21 in August. The majority of admissions and deaths were reported in May, June and July.
