Ice addiction claims another young laborer’s life in Tando Bago

In a tragic incident, a young laborer in Tando Bago lost his life today due to his addiction to crystal methamphetamine, commonly known as ice. Reports suggest that illegal drug trade is allegedly continuing under police supervision.

The deceased, Syed Altaf Shah, aged 33, was a resident of Ward No. 6. He supported his family through his hard work, but his life was cut short by the powerful grip of addiction.

The local civil society has expressed strong disapproval of the ongoing drug trade, accusing law enforcement agencies of collusion with drug dealers. This alleged alliance is considered a major factor in the destruction of the city’s young generation.

In light of these serious allegations, citizens are demanding that the Chief Minister of Sindh take immediate and decisive action to address this grave issue.
