Lasbela:On the directions of Jam Kamal Khan, Chief Minister Balochistan, many steps were to provide better facilities in the hospitals.
A meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner Lasbela Hassan Waqar Cheema formally approved the biometric attendance of hospital staff, digitalization of OPD slips, laboratory reports and admission records of the hospitals.
District Health Officer Lasbela Dr. Asif Anwar Shahwani, Assistant Commissioner Bella Capt. (Retd.) Arif Ahmed, District officer IT Department Lasbela and other officers were also present on the occasion.
Deputy Commissioner Cheema said that all possible efforts would be made to improve the health sector in Lasbela. DHO Dr. Asif briefed about the steps taken under the supervision of the district administration for the prevention of dengue and malaria at the district headquarter Uthal. The meeting also gave a briefing on the ongoing IRS spray campaign.
