In Karachi South Security Operation, Entry and Exit Routes Sealed, Hotels and Houses Searched

Karachi South Police, under a significant security measure, sealed all entry and exit routes of multiple areas in District South, including Hijrat Colony, on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday and initiated a house-to-house search operation as part of an ongoing combing operation.

This action was taken on the special directive of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Mehzoor Ali, who had ordered comprehensive security actions in various areas.

A heavy contingent was deployed to carry out the operation, in which a force comprising eight Station House Officers (SHOs) and 40 additional police personnel participated.

During the joint operation, authorities searched numerous hotels and houses and conducted thorough checks. The search campaign targeted both residential houses and local hotels in the cordoned-off areas to ensure a comprehensive inspection of the area.
