The Regional Meteorological Center Balochistan forecasted that the weather will remain hot and dry in most districts of the province on Monday and Tuesday, with a possibility of a heatwave.
An increase in temperature is expected in southern and eastern districts such as Chagai, Sibi, Naseerabad, Jhal Magsi, Kachhi, Sohbatpur, Dera Bugti, Jafarabad, Usta Muhammad, Kech, Lasbela, and Khuzdar.
The Meteorological Center has also predicted dust storms in Nokkundi, Kharan, Dalbandin, Nushki, and Turbat. During the past 24 hours, Sibi recorded the highest temperature at 46 degrees Celsius.
The public is advised to take precautionary measures to protect themselves from the effects of the heat and to avoid unnecessary exposure to the sun.
