JKML expresses solidarity with martyrs’ families

Srinagar, February 15, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, a delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League (JKML) led by party General Secretary, Muhammad Rafiq Ganai visited Kulgam areas and expressed solidarity with the families of the martyred youth, Dr Hilal Ahmed and Engineer Shoaib Ahmed. The youth were martyred by the troops during a cordon and search operation in Chadoora area of the Budgam district on Sunday.

Muhammad Rafiq Ganai talking to the mourners deplored that India instead of taking measures to resolve long-pending Kashmir dispute in its historical perspective, wanted to impose its choice on Kashmiris through barrel of gun. He said the ongoing bloodshed in Kashmir is the result of the stubbornness and illogical approach of New Delhi.

He urged India to realize the ground realities that the people of Kashmir are not ready to live under Indian slavery. He said New Delhi should shun the use of military power and instead try to find out a peaceful resolution of the Kashmir dispute in line with its historical perspective and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
